The 6th of October masterpiece
The site is located at the south-eastern edge of the 6th of October City, the largest new urban community west of Cairo. It lies approximately 10- 15 mins (10 kilometers) from the 6th of October City Centre, 15 mins (20Kilometers) from the Giza Pyramids and about 30 kilometers from Central Cairo.
The site borders existing urban settlements of the 6th of October City in the northwest. The surrounding area to the east and the south of the site is currently undeveloped desert and but appears as developable land in various masterplans for the overall development of the 6th of October City.
